Loosen up games before the proper activity
Participants were group into three (3). Each group 1 Seminarians were assigned to assist them.
Participants were asked to organized the metacards by putting similar ideas together.

Topic # 1: THE DIFFERENT FORMS OF INEQUALITY
The worker discussed the different form of inequality/oppression existing in society and how they affect the way people relate to one another.

(Giant, Elves and Wizard Exercise)
"When the Child is Born Exercise and Modified choose your spot"
The exercises allows the participants to express their ideas, opinions and perceptions on the different forms of oppression.
Groupings
"A child is Born Activity"
(participants were asked to discuss which of the opposite qualities will most likely help the child succeed in life.)
Reneboy's Statement: " if you are fluent in English you are most likely to be successful than not fluent in English because most job require applicants to be fluent in English".
Topic # 2: SEX AND GENDER
The Worker explained the diffirence between sex and gender and how these concepts affects society's perception of men and women.
Each group presented a dance number before starting the activity

Lecture on Sex and Gender
Participants were ask to give some qualities or word they associate with the word woman and man. The facilitator go through each of the words and mark those that do not apply to the other sex - those related to sex organs and reproductive capacity.
FAMILY: Participants were ask to share their experiences and what they remember their parents, grandparents, and other family members taught them as a boy and girl. Through role playing they were asked to present the main points on how the family rears a boy and a girl.
MEDIA: Participants were asked to look for patterns in advertisements - which products are assigned to men and women, how men and women are portrayed.
ECONOMY: Participants were encourage to look for patterns in classified ads and cut out ads assigned for men and assigned for women and present through role playing
CHURCH: Participants were asked to present the roles assigned by the church to men and women. They were asked to emphasize the church teaching on the role of a husband and a wife.
Topic # 4: EFFECTS OF GENDER BIASES ON WOMEN'S WELL BEING
The worker discussed how the different manifestations of gender bias affect the women's well being.
Topic # 5: ROOTS OF GENDER INEQUALITY
The worker presented the history of Women's Inequality/Oppressions using pictures, some video clips and story telling.

"Buhay at Pakikibaka ng Kababaihan sa Kasaysayan ng Pilipinas"
After the presentation the participants were asked to give their learnings and insights of the activity.
