LEADERSHIP TRAINING SEMINAR/WORKSHOP

Session 1: EXPECTATION SETTING
In this activity, the facilitator and the participants will be able to level-off for what are their expectations for this training.
The participant were asked to make something out of the paper that would represent their personality and they need to explain it to the group
Session 3: REVIEW ON SELF-AWARENESS
The participants can:
a.) Distinguish the Self-Image from Self-Esteem
b.)Develop awareness on how he and others perceive himself
c.) Discover ways to boost their esteem
Session 5: POLOSHING INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
The participants can:
a.) acquire basic tips in developing communication skills
b.) Develop ways to enhance interpersonal skills
through varied activities
The participants can:
a.) Experience how to motivate and empower their peers in attaining group goals
b.) Acquire basic steps in motivating and empowering team members
Every after activity the group will present their group yell
Session 7: UNDERSTANDING GOOD LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, KINDS LEADERSHIP STYLES
The participants will discover their inherent leadership skills as the activity will require most of the topics being discussed prior to this activity.
